Wolverhampton Grand Theatre attracts thousands of people through the door each year to enjoy top quality entertainment from a stage that has hosted some of the greatest performers across a 127-year history.
Not only can you enjoy the best of West End shows but top live music acts, incredible dance, the UK’s leading comedians and one of the country’s biggest yearly pantomimes.
Not only that, the Grand Theatre is a great place for business!
It is so much more than just a theatre – a destination right at the heart of Wolverhampton’s city centre.
Auditorium
With a host of event spaces and function rooms, not to mention a 1,200-seat Victorian auditorium to make a song and dance of that PowerPoint presentation you’ve been working on for weeks!
The Spotlight Lounge is a versatile space with furniture that can be arranged as a board table, individual table seating, rows of seating for presentations or however best suits your needs. Of course, there’s the constant flow of hot drinks and if required, even a breakfast pastry for those early starts!
Catering can also be arranged with a variety of fabulous fresh food options from local suppliers and businesses.
The theatre also plays host to many networking events throughout the year.
They say never mix business with pleasure? The Grand is an exception to the rule!
It’s the perfect mix of both with pre-show networking over a buffet and drinks before taking your seat for a show.
Upcoming shows at the city centre theatre include Disney’s latest stage musical, a magical new production of the classic movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks, which will be flying into Wolverhampton from April 5 to 9. Top British comedians that will be performing in 2022 on the stage include Alan Carr with his new show Regional Trinket on March 20, Jimmy Carr’s Terribly Funny on April 17, Stewart Lee on May 22, Sarah Millican’s Bobby Dazzler running from July 28 to 30, Jack Dee on September 18, Jon Richardson on November 2 and 3and Dara O’Briain on November 4 and 5. They form just part of a sensationally funny programme that has been lined up for the year ahead.
